Security cards fall into 3 categories. These are Elcornex Cards, Smart Cards and Card Bureau. You can either let Easi-bind print them for you or you can print your own.

Elcornex Cards

Our patented Elcornex Card System is being used by many companies both nationally and internationally.

• allows you to manufacture your own credit card type cards using your desktop printer and laminator
• it is a quick, cost effective card manufacturing system that takes advantage of developments in printer technology.

Elcornex Card Systems substrates to choose from depending on application:

1. Standard Elcornex: This is a plastic based card material for use ideally through laser printers. Laminate for durable credit card types.
2. Inkjet Elcornex: This is a plastic based card material with a special coating that can accept the ink from the inkjet printers. Laminate for durable credit card types.

Elcornex Card Sheets are Supplied:

• pre-die-cut in A4 sheets
• pre-printed with our litho presses to create colour specific logos
• with a range of security features such as visible and invisible fluorescent inks, antiphonic strips, signature panels, holograms and others

Smart Cards

Easi-bind is able to produce secure cards whether they have hidden, exposed or embedded chips for smart card usage as well as proximity cards for access control. RFID (radio frequency identity) cards have also been manufactured in our plant for short and long range (42 feet) recognition.

Card Bureau

Easi-bind can produce cards for your business with our Card Bureau Facility. Our bureau service offers the complete solution.
